What with new computers arriving with other members etc etc

Not a big deal, life is short, and helping others and putting smiles on faces is just a good way to live. Love life, smile, enjoy your family, help others, and just do as good as you are able. Makes living simple and enjoyable.

PET Study Finds Neurobiology Of Hoarders Differs From Other Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Patients
Thursday, 03-Jun-2004 8:01AM Story from SciDaily-Mind
Copyright 2004 by SciDaily-Mind (via ClariNet)

A PET imaging study conducted at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute indicates the neurobiology of America's estimated 1 million compulsive hoarders differs significantly from people with other obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms. The findings indicate that different medications could improve treatment success.

I guess this means I can sue my doctor, giving me the wrong meds all these years :freakout: but I consider myself just a little bit crazy :D

Sometimes things just need to operate in a non-linear equation. Also the cake is a lie.

in yours and Hot Trout's case crusty, i would classify what you two do not as hoarding. but rather as collecting rare and ageing hardware and software for the purposes of sharing it with the world and the preservation of our computer and video game history. anyone saying otherwise has obviously been licking cane toads.

Just had a crazy thought this morning, I would really like to hook wifi up to my Osborne or Kaypro, or any of the old luggables, and take it to a Tim Horton's ( Canadian icon coffee shop ) where they offer free wifi, at noon, and set up there. Make all those Apple, Android pups from the local high schools who laughed at my good old Nokia flip phone, sit up and pay attention to real computing :!:

I would pay real money to watch that on youtube. Would go viral for sure. Go on Crusty, get the grankids to video you on their phone and then upload. This would be EPIC.

I need an old luggable, battery operated, (no electric outlets at Timmys' ), built in screen, capable of hooking wifi to it, and I would do it for just the looks I would get and the fun I would get out of doing it.

After my move and getting unpacked, I am definitely going to see what i can put together.
