sorry If I am creating a duplicate thread,
I dont have a technical backgound but I need assistance in creating FTP ..
As I am creating an FTP server with my home PC.
I have open the ports on the local Windows firewall for the PC
Secondly, I have forwarded FTP ports from router to my PC
Lastly, I am confused in that whether I should set my home server with dynamic DNS for accessing via a URL or assigning an IP address would help me?
If assigning IP is a good option than which IP should I assign to it, a IP from cmd prompt or from the what is my IP internet tool?
Need urgent assistance thanks
