FAQ's
Question 1 : My Account has not upgraded to Unlimited?
- Answer : This is by far the most asked question so please read carefully.
If you have made a donation by purchasing an item from an associated website then please be patient, although this method is fully automatic and should be immediate, sometimes the returning website can take some time to respond with the details. Please also make sure that your payment method was successful and that you completed all instructions for that website.
If you made a donation via Bitcoin, then please wait until an administrator manually upgrades your account to Unlimited. This system is not automatic and depends on a human changing your account status. Please do not post in the forums until you have waited at least 24 hours. Please do not send a PM to the admin, instead post in the correct forum.
Question 2 : I donated and upgraded to an Unlimited account but it is not working?
- Answer : You most likely need to logout of the ROM's or EMULATOR's sections and then log back in again. This will have the effect of refreshing your account status and recognize your new Unlimited status correctly. Also try clearing your browsers cache and then login to your account again to see if this helps refresh your status.
Question 4 : I think I have donated correctly but am still unable to download the roms?
- Answer : There are a number of things that you need to check, follow this list:-
1. Did your Bitcoin or payment transaction complete? If not then this could be why. If you are using a partner website to buy some digital content to obtain your unlimited account, make sure you have followed all of their instructions and that your payment to them was successful.
2. Does your account appear in the forums? Make sure that you have an account in the forums first. If you do not please see 'Email Registration Issues' below.
3. Does your forum account have UNLIMITED MEMBER status showing? If it does not and you are sure that your payment method has cleared then please post here.
4. Does your name and donation appear in the Hall of Fame? If points 1 to 3 are all correct but your name does not appear in the Hall of Fame then please post here.
5. Have you tried resetting your password. Also try changing your password to just alphanumeric's and exclude any special characters.
6. Points 1 to 5 are all ok but I still can't download roms. The most likely cause now is that you have not refreshed your login while in the ROMs or EMULATORs sections. Go to the section, logout of your account, then log back into your account and try. This is the most common reason for users not being able to download after upgrading their account.

- Email Registration Issues
When you register your account in the forums, a confirmation/activation email is automatically created and sent to the email address that you specified when registering. You must go to this email and click on the link to activate your account. If you fail to activate your account within 48 hours it will be deleted and you will need to start again. If you did not receive an email please check your SPAM or other settings. We are not responsible for users spam or other issues.
