PROBLEM:
Some recent new Unlimited members have experienced problems getting logged in to their Unlimited Accounts after having sucessfully donated using PayPal. The problem seems to be random and an issue between the forum username and database username.

SOLUTION:
If this is happening to you. Please check your original username (the one you used to make the donation). Check that this username exists in the forums by clicking on the MEMBERS button at the top of this screen and searching for your username. If you are unable to find it, please create a new account in the forum and use this username again. Once recreated, your account should work.

I am not unlimited, but I had to log in twice

It is now clear that this only affected a very small number of users. Possibly only 5 or so.

Could everyone that has donated but cant login to use their unlimited account please post here for support.

Due to no further emails from users I am downgrading this topic from a global announcement to sticky in FAQ forum.

I'm able to log into the forum but unable to log into the main site. I had an unlimited account. Can somebody please help me out?

Hi Quanzi,

I found your account in the database and all looks well. You should be able to log into the roms section without any problems. Try deleting your browser cache or using an different browser to log into the roms section.

If you still have problems let me know.

Already wrote a PM, but I don't want to wait. Can't log into the database.

I think HT is the only one with access to the user accounts. And am not sure how often he checks his PMs. Srry can't help you. Maybe try logging out , closing TOC, and then start over , and see whether you can log in then??

That is the only thing I can suggest.
