Multiple download problem

As a registered user the site states that you are able to download 5 files at a time. I am registered but unfortunately as soon as I start to download 1 file I am unable to even navigate the site let alone start a second download. Is there something I'm missing/doing wrong or is this a common fault? :?

Its not an issue with the site but most likely the device or browser you are using.

I have tried as a guest user, registered user, and unlimited user, and all works well for me, in the downloads.

Please verify that you have read the following and followed the steps : viewtopic.php?f=5&t=294, make sure to clear your browser, before trying to log in on the download page. I do not know what else to offer as everything works well on my end.

Thank you for the info. I have now cleared everything from my browser, history and cookies etc. I then completely closed and re-opened my browser, then entered the web address and ensured that I logged in before attempting to access any downloads. Unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. I am lost as to why three different browsers would give me the same problem. Is there anything else that may resolve the problem? Router settings for example? :?

I doubt that router settings will change much. If you are able to download from elsewhere, you should be able to download from here. The only other thing I can think of is to not use a download manager if you are using one. Barring that, the only other thing I can suggest is to register with a different user name, and start over to see if that works. I am really puzzled on this, as everything works fine on my end, and we certainly would like to see a fix for you. :headbang: :headbang: :?: :?:

I appreciate your help crustyasp46. Just to rule it out I have now accessed my router settings and placed my PC's IP into a DMZ, I have 100Mb with Virgin and I know the security features can sometimes be a pain so am going to try now, I will let you know if it resolves the problem :-)

Ok, can you let me know what specifically you are trying to download? I will go there and see what happens to me. Bug around and try to replicate the problem. Only other thing I can think of. :freakout:

PS. I vaguely remember another similar problem before, and I think the problem was resolved by Changing the password. Trying to find the post now. Maybe :?: :?: :?:
