Hi guys,

I have been very busy with work this past few weeks and have just been keeping an eye on things. Have not had much time to post (sorry to go off topic).

The issue with the download speed being displayed in your browser is not to do with the server or the website. It has to do with the size of file you ask to download. If you are trying to download a large file sometimes windows cannot monitor the avg dl speed.

I have had this issue in the past and asked the same question.
