need help with my G S4 & playing roms on it using MAME4DRO

So I recently downloaded MAME4DROID on my Galaxy S4 and downloaded a metal slug .37b5 rom to play using my emulator but it won't recognize the rom and let me play it. I'm worried I am just not saving the file into the right place but idk what to do. ..Help me obi won konobi, your my only hope.

Please where are the list And if it's the same Roms for Mame or Mame4droïd série 4 ?

you might have the 0.139u1 version? do you also have the neogeo rom? which is needed for all NeoGeo games...
