PC Help

when i connect my usbs (3)[sony 16gb,kingston 1gb,and hp(?) 2gb] they shut down my comp but only 1[duracell 8gb] of them doesnt how do fix this

Is this a laptop or desktop?
Are you using an additional USB hub?

It is most likely a power issue with your USB

its a desktop

and no additional usb hub

everything was fine like 3 - 4 days ago idk why it would start now

The drain on power on the usb could have caused it to seperate the solider on the MB causing a dry joint ans this is making a short and causing the crash/off.

USB pen drives/hdd should not be left attached if possible.

so something in my usb hub or my usbs are causing my computer to crash right?



edit:
i added 1 gb (1024 mb) ram and it makes my computer not start either my computer supports up to 2 gb ram
also a mouse (not usb) also make my computer not start it loops at the win xp loading screen

Almost sounds like your computer is failing post, or the PSU is simply going. Same exact thing happened to my old gaming rig before the motherboard went. I think the PSU was failing, and in turn that harmed the motherboard. It only fails post now. *sad face*

so eventually it will just die
it should of happend years ago :/ (8 year old computer with all the same parts when i bought it)
