The problem is that you made two donations of $5 each time. The system cannot combine donations. You will have to donate $10 or more in a single donation for the system to upgrade your account. Sorry about this but it is just the way the system works.

Oh how I wish people would read the FAQ or the forums before posting. This question get asked every day in life. The answer is as long as it takes PayPal to process your payment. Once they do that our systems are immediate.

Hello, My username is redbaron1961. I hope I am speaking to the right person & posting to the right topic. First I would like to say that this is a very difficult site to navigate. Once you login, there doesn't seem to be a way to get back to the main page where you can select the menu items such as roms, emulators and such, at least I couldn't find a way. I find my self back spacing in the address bar to get back to the home page. Secondly, I was logged in and went to the upgrade link, followed the directions and donated $10.00 dollars. Logged out and logged back in, as it says in your FAQ section. The site still refers me as a user not unlimited. Your site says I would have instant access. Quite frankly, the only reason that I did the donation today was because I had a vacation day and wanted to get a bunch of emulators and such to use on my tablet and that I would get instant access. Now my day is ruined because I will have to wait at least a week if not more before I can get back on this site and find out what happened. I really can't comment on how good or bad your site is, because until now I have only downloaded a file here or there. This was to be my first time at downloading a pack file. Please forgive me if I am posting in the wrong area, but as I said, your site is difficult to navigate and this was the first area I found where I could actually type something other than my profile information. Please let me know about the donation, if you need the Receipt number or what.

I have just paid the $10 and my account was listed as 'Registered' NOT Unlimited. Currently not very happy as it clearly dispalyed in MULTIPLE areas on your site that a donation of $10 is all that is required for Unlimited access.

PS - I don't mean to display this message as a FORUM post but I could easily find contact details to voice my issue to get a private response. I am happy for my forum post to be removed once my issue has been dealt with.

I look forward to hearing from someone VERY SOON.
