*theses are the maximum speeds and can be set to lower burning speeds*
Multi Game Disc
Gamecube
you will need a blank dvd, some gcn iso,and MultiGame ISO Creator
*this will also work on a softmodded wii*
start up MultiGameISOCreator.exe
choose your region from the drop down menu in the top right
click the Add ISO button and select a game you wish to put on the compilation
make sure your game is compatible with the backup launcher your using here
make sure your games are playable on a multi disc here
after all the games have been added hit the Create MultiGame ISO button
next choose where to save your image
then it displays a progress bar while you wait for your image to be done
burn it and you're done
f your wii is chipped just load the disc as normal you will be created with a CGOS menu where you select your game
if your wii is using the backup loader just launch it like you would any gamecube game and use right and left on the d-pad to change game
tips for making your disc image as efficient as possible
in the bottom left hand corner it tells you how big your final image will be in bytes
use this to make sure you don't make an image too big for the disc it will be going on
checking the shrink box next to each game will remove the dummy data from it when it is placed on the multidisc
make sure your game is compatible with this before doing so (also in the compatibility list)
XBox
download C Xbox Tool
open c xbox
click MenuX Multigame
now what you need to decide on is what XBOX ISOs you want to have on 1 DVD-R disc
there is no limit to how many XBOX ISOs you can have on the disc, the only limit is how much data you can have on 1 disc
so as long as you stay under the limit of 4.3GB you can add as many games as you please
to add games its as simple as draging and dropping your XBOX ISOs one by one into the big window/box
once youve decided on what games you want on your DVD-R its time to join them together as one ISO file
to do so all you have to do is click Create ISO Image at the bottom
you will now be asked what you want to name your file and where you want to save it
cick the folder icon to decide where you want the newly created Multi-ISO to go
save it wherever you want as long as you remember you put it there
as for naming it name it whatever you like
it makes no difference in what it's named
all you have to do now is burn it as you usually would burn an ISO image
Converting PS2 CD Games to DVD (for ESR)
first of all download a game from here extract it etc until you are left with the bin/iso etc
OR
if you are ripping your own game use IMGBURN and select create image file FROM disc the slower you do it the better
download CDmage
open CDmage up
go to File and select open locate you ISO file or .Bin file
right click track 1 and select Data track properties and take note of this info
(you will need this for later on so make sure you take a screenshot or type it into notepad)
select all files and right click then select Extract Files to a new folder on your desktop
Download DVD Scan Lite 3.7 from here
open it and MAKE SURE you select DVD
now just go into the folder which you put all those files into (from that CDmage program) and Select ALL files
if you see this screen just select No do not select folders scan files only than go inside any folder and repeat the procedure
after this is done you should see information like this
time to use/create the Dummy File
a Dummy file is necessary for this conversion to work
the image must be at least 1.4 gigs for it to boot up with ESR hence this is why we must create a dummy file
download dummy data here or make 1 yourself
just remember to uncompress this file (you will get a folder and inside it a file do not extract that file)
if you want to take it the hard way this is how to create a dummy file
go to command prompt
type
fsutil file createnew c:\z.z 1073741824
(c:\ is your harddrive root folder) you may change this directory to where ever you'd like
you probably noticed that 1073741824 is a huge number, that's how many BYTES are in a Gigabyte (aprox)
(I would actually make it to around 1.4 which is 1503238553 )
put this dummy File into the folder which contains your files from the CD you ripped
time to make a CD image (prefferably ISO)
select Create image from files/folders
youll get this screen now
select the folder which all the files are in
remember the information of that cd you wrote down or took a screen shot of
your gonna need it for this part
select an output folder and then select build
now to patch the game
download ESR Patcher
select patch then locate your iso that you made then select open
if successful you should get the follow screen
after that burn and play
