Commodore VIC 1001 Roms Added

Just added to the database is this nice little section. The Commodore VIC 1001 Roms section is quite rare and was provided by a recent member te_lanus, thanks goes to him for this upload.
The Commodore VIC 1001 was the Japanese version of the Vic 20 and had a special character keyboard for Katakana characters. Released in 1980 it had good success.
