SEGA Model 3 ROMs Added.

Good start to the week with a new SEGA Arcade system added to the database. The Sega Model-3 was released in 1996, the successor to the Model 2.
It was followed in 1998 by the NAOMI. There are some great titles for it in this upload like Daytona 2 and SEGA Rally 2. MAME also gets its monthly update and another SEGA Arcade system, the Chihiro gets some updates as well.

Special thanks to a new website member Spiffo for the Model 3 ROMs, much appreciated.
