New ROM Download Engine (beta) up for testing

I have just finished the first beta of the new ROM Download database engine for the website. This new engine is a very exciting addition to the website and will allow me to quickly add roms, emulators and other content with ease. It will eventually replace the old static ROM webpages entirly.

For now I am providing a link to it to allow board members to test the functionality of the database. I have added some new ROM sections in there for you to enjoy and in doing so you will also be testing the PHP for me. I am also able to limit the download speed to whatever I choose and so I am limiting the download speed to 128kb while we are testing.
