Nintendo,
Its your products your properties/Ip's you can do whatever you want to protect them. I really do understand that! For years I have watched you attack fans, journalists, Youtubers, homebrew creators, just the community as a whole. Most of these people love your games like I do and thats why there is such a large great community around your creations.
I quit buying your consoles though the Nintendo Wii was my last console. Its a shame to because I really do miss the games. I made a decision to quit supporting you with my cash. I cannot support the attacks on journalists. Your copyright claims on just the average everyday bloggers and vloggers whom arent journalist whom are just expressing their views giving reviews for their fans and not for monitary gain. Thats when you really pissed me off!
Then you created some kind of everything Nintendo review network. Thats a joke! I avoid nintendo network reviewers/journalists like the plague. I wonder what their paychecks look like for being in your program? Shekels slave wages Its just a guess but sounds pretty accurate to me.
Then you attacked Homebrew software creators? What the hell is your problem? Then you had the audacity to turn around and create games based off some homebrewers works! Now Im about to discuss headlining news that you had media companies write to promote and build hyp around the Nintendo switch.
Headlines like "Demand shortage" I highly disbelieve that you had any problems with getting Switch's manufactured and out the door. Every month we were to believe that because of such high demand you couldnt keep up. Then after The fans caught on that this was a lie the story magically change to "Apple's fault Nintendo cant meet demand"
For anyone reading this and thinking Im crazy for sugesting this, well its actually quite blatant. It was a Media Hype campaign that is trully sickening to watch be played out on the fans. Nintendo every year you just make feel and confirm to me that the decision to stop supporting you all those years ago was the right thing to do. Your scummy business practices have not let me down all these years.
Im all over the internet screaming "DONT SUPPORT NINTENDO" ! I list very good reasons why. I and many others feel the same way and consistently voice our opinions. You Nintendo and some other coporations managed to turn these complaints into fan boy wars. You pumped some big money into this Huge social media campaign.
You litterally turned every valid complaint into "Its just because you're the competing console fan" "Its just because you're an xbox/ps/pc fan boy". I admit this strategy to drown out, smear and muddy complaints, bad game reviews, and anything negative of Nintendo truly worked. You had bots and real commenters in every video comment section, forum, and article comment section on the internet All the time for a long while.
This was the new age internet/social media form of DAMAGE CONTROL. You redirected your advertising funds to the internet to manipulate public opinion. This is lost on most people but not me. You Nintendo and many other companies should be ashamed of yourselves. If gamers had any sense they would not support you in any way shape or form.

While I do agree with some of what you said. At the end of the day Nintendo I.P.s are theirs and they can do what they want with them. I do agree that Nintendo should stop being so harsh and going after everyone. Its a shame, especially now with the Switch doing so well.

You know there's a part of the net that says the whole point of the classic systems was to give ninty a way to bypass the normal arguments a site like has and make it easier to shut it down and it became popular .....?
"theres no point it telling me the wisdom of a fool cant and wont set me free"-new order
"its always easier and usually better to get forgiveness than permission"-various
