Neo-Geo ROMs require a neogeo.zip BIOS file (md5um 9323dfa8b1fd45b071f5ec84317d01aa)

For RetroPie I recommend you get the MAME v0.37b5 (mame4all) or MAME v0.78 (mame2003) which will include the NeoGeo BIOS.
