rom packs for 1.4 mame

I see that there are rom packs available, but I don't see where to find them.

You'll find them in the "Single Download Mega Packs" section of each respective company (please note that not all companies have them available). I have included a link as an example to the root company folder for Nintendo for you to get there directly.

Thanks very much.
I noticed when I download them they come in a file called "Mame4All.7z.002" and I cannot extract the file. I tried taking off the 002 as well, and no luck."

If you are trying to download MAME4All roms then you will need all three parts of the 7zip file saved into the same folder on your PC before you try and open it up.
The same goes for the other sets.
