Custom Signature Banners and where to make them...

Where are you getting these custom banners like the pacman retro gamer with the one up after he eats the ghost...? Are you making them with a program, or is there a website you're using to make them? I wanna know so I can make my own...

I don't know if you are just trying to make conversation, being it's so depressing and quiet around here, but you could just Google "animating gifs" for some tutorials and programs.

I've always wanted to make some too. Like a Mega Man banner, with all the Robot Master sprites running across it.

Well, I would have created a topic about it being dead if I just wanted to create conversation but no, I really do want to know where all these custom sigs keep coming from because they all have the same style on how they were made, so they can't be through a program, they have to be off of some site... Just using logic, and I don't have time to look, so I'd appreciate it if I got some links. >.> Working 72 hours a week is a drag man... T_T
