There is this old computer game where you get houses with some elves i think and they have various jobs like a builder, wood maker or something the setting was in like an icy world i didn't play much of it i don't really remember but does anyone know the name of the game i'm talking about.

What era or year do you think it is from. Also what platform do you think this was for?

I know it was for pc windows 95-98 i think. i think it was like a real-time strategy game, if that helps...
