I lost my download speed. I have access to unlimited, but I'm only able to download at 20 kb/s.
I'm logged in correctly. It worked fine a few days ago.
Any solution ??

I am also downloading about 17 kb/s so I have no idea what's going on....

A new account would be OK for a guest or anyone that was not an Unlimited member, but an Unlimited member would have to donate again to gain his Unlimited status.
In any case the problem has been resolved as a server problem, had you read the posting earlier by HT.
