Lots of other roms for me to collect from the site first but I do want the USA DS collection, not really interested in non USA. I know some other sites have the USA roms but I'd rather stick to here n drop another donation if needed. Maybe when the new site comes around?

It is not embarrassing but it is unfortunately required if don't wish to go the road of coolrom and the like. Nintendo are very much on the war path at the minute and the DS is still a selling console so it is wrong for us to offer anything other than odd non commercial roms for the system.

Several high profile sites have had to remove ALL Nintendo material just recently, so we don't want that to happen.

Well... that sucks. I hope they can manage to recover and stay around. I don't like the competition that we have, but at the same time I don't want to see them eliminated from the game entirely...

Which sites, specifically? PM me those details, I am trying to find evidence on Google but everything is only pointing to coolrom...
