Mother rom Japanese Text

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone else noticed this.
I recently downloaded the nes rom, Mother, in Japanese (I actually tried all three that this site offers), and I have noticed some major problems with glitchy text within the first 10 minutes of gameplay. Is this a problem with the rom? Thanks for any replies.

Is this the english prototype or orginal rom that is glitchy? Which emulator are you using?

Nah, it's not the English prototype, but the original Japanese rom. I use JNES.

I recommend using FCEUX and see if works...

Thank you so much for your suggestion! The rom works naturally with FCEUX.
