looking for Pokemon Gold/Silver password calculating program

i was using wayback machine to look at an old version of cheatcc.com

and i found a cheat for pokemon gold/silver that allows a person to change the in game clock by entering a password that is found by caclulating the players name, trainer number and amount of money that the player has. there were links to two web pages (both of which are dead) that could do the caculation for you, and a link to a site that had a program for download for Win98/ME that would do the calculation as well ( this link was dead too ). if any one knows where i can find this program, please post the url in this topic.

Time Cheat
Change the time. You can only change daylight savings time right. At the title menu press Down, select, B and it will ask if you would like to reset your clock.

Set Your Clock For Daylight-Savings
Return to your house and talk to your mother. She will ask you if you want to set your clock to Daylight-Savings time.

while it's true that pressing Down, select, B at the title screen does ask the player if they want to rest the time. if the player selects yes, they are prompted to enter a password.

Gold/Silver Password Finder

This form can generate your G/S time change password which allows you to reset the clock in Pokémon Gold/Silver. Enter your character's name, your ID number and your held money (not the amount your mom keeps in home) and click on Generate Password. To reach the password screen, press Select+Down+B in the title screen (where Ho-oh and Lugia appear) and select YES.
Tips:

PK sign must be entered as >
MN sign must be entered as <
× sign must be entered as *
Name is case sensitive: ASH does not equal Ash.
If you want a universal password, put 0 as your money amount so everytime you need to change time, give the money you hold to your mom.

The site has a password calculator, but I don't know if it works.
