I could be wrong but i vaguely remember a "Complete Download" being available to download roms on certain sections?

I thought it was mentioned in the forums or linked but i cant seem to find anything anymore....

You are correct, all major sections have a Single-Download-Mega-Packs folder which contains just what it says. These sections are only available to Unlimited members.
