Could my old computer use a phoenix bios?

I remember my uncle bought me a computer in Melbourne in 1994.
During that time, the computer was using an avance logics video card.
I don't know if that could mix with an Award bios or AMI main bios, but
vaguely in my mind, it could be a phoenix or phoenix (phoenixview maybe???)
Does anyone know the avance logics chips were compatible with any of these
bioses? The computer store was pretty low-end, so no body could ever really know
its existence, so it was supplying OEM products to the customers.
So any ideas?
Thanks
Jack
