What is the base load address of these bioses?

Just like in the old times, we got E000:0000-F000:FFFF for 286
A000:0000 - B000:FFFF for vga
I will be much obliged if anyone can share with me this information.
These bioses are from my old computers.
I want to feed them into bochs
