help me indentify what pc this may be

i used to watch our local cable company back in the 1980s use some kind of old computer to run advertisments for local buisnesses in the area. the start screen i used to think said somethint about cti-180 but i cant find anything about that kind of computer. seems as tho it would say all kinds of crazy stuff as it was booting up before it got to the main screen, like 8 oclock movie tonight and other stuff, but i forget. its been way to many years. i can remember when it was first booted up, and lost its memory, the time and date would always be friday aug 6 1982. i can remember some of the commands they used to use make a new page.

write page was a command to make a total new page
write color was a command to change the background color of the page
write seq was a command they used to put the page they had typed up in a sequence to be shown.
show page all was a command to show what pages they had wrote so far.
off was a command they wrote when they got done with whatever they were writing, or taking away.

the cursor that wrote words out was a square.

thats about all i can remember about it, but id love to find out what type of old computer they used to use to do that with. if anyone can give me any information on what they may of been using, it would be awesome. im not expecting anyone to really know, but figure its worth a shot.
