I seem to get distorted audio at disc loading and the mission screen and I was wondering how I can fix that?

I have no idea how i missed your post.
Is this on a real Cd32 or WinUAE?
If WinUAE make sure the settings are correct for emulation. Also try different versions of the CD32 boot kernal.

WinUAE and its the default settings...I played with all the settings and still does it. I am starting to think my PC is not fast enough to emulate its sound perfectly or something...

That might well be what is happening in which case reduce the accuracy of the sound emulation to see if it copes better.
