Hey guys I need to know how to (if I can) take .dsk images for an old macintosh and transfer them to a floppy disk 1.44mb. This part I want to do all on my PC, then take the floppy and insert it in my macintosh 180c for installation of that software. Possible? ADTpro needed?

Hello and welcome,
Do a search on the forums, I seem to remember someone else doing this a while back.

i've been able to do this very thing with an older version of the Basilisk II emulator (v0.8 build142). this version of Basilisk II allows the user to use the Floppy drive of their windows machine to format, read and write 1.44MB floppy disks. i have used this feature to create a boot disk for basilisk II. but i could use the boot disk to boot up a real 68k Macintosh if i had one. you can find this version of the Basilisk II emulator here:
