Hundreds of vintage Computers,

Postby crustyasp46 » Fri Mar 15, 2013 4:11 pm

Ontario kijiji ad

Hundreds of vintage Computers, parts and games.

I sold the farm; all my computer collection must go.
Most are from the Eighties: IBM, Mackintosh, Atari, Radio Shack, among many others.
I am not willing to sell individual items; one buyer takes them all: several hundred items.
Please email any questions.

Hello Hugh,

thanks for the interest.

There are too many computers and consoles, monitors, games, printers, power supplies, disk drives, software, etc. They are mainly from the late Seventies and early Eighties: IBM, Commodore, Tandy, Atari, etc.

As they all are in storage, it is not possible to send details or pictures.

I want to sell in bulk and I am not interested selling single items.

Kind regards,

Wilfrid.

Going to see this tomorrow, guy says ther are about two half ton truck loads up for sale. Have to buy all or none.Have to see what is there. Wish me luck :!: :freakout:

second response from seller:

Right now I am asking $2500 for everything computer related, about two large truckloads; I sold the farm.

You ought to come and look for yourself.

I am retired, so anytime is a good time.

No, I am not interested on selling on eBay, it would take too long.

Kind regards,

Wilfrid.

OK, went today brought small truckload home, screwed up on pictures  , damn modern tech. But to give you an idea, there is EVERYTHING THERE (shouting, sorry).Industrial steel racks 3 sections , 7 ft, 5 shelves each section, loaded with games , computers, handhelds, boxes, loose on shelves. Behind shelves extending to the right, about 20 ft computers boxes 2-3 deep and high. extending to left another 20 ft, computerss boxes the same. This starts at the end of the 3 sections of racking extending left and right.

When his ad said hundreds of computers, he was not kidding. There are thousands of items. Game systems, computers, monitors, Apple, IBM, Coleco, Commodore, Tandy, Atari and god knows what else. Programs articles, printers, carts, Some in original packages, boxes. I never considered the amount of stuff that he had was soooo much.

I bought some racks from him as well, and will have to rent a cube van to bring everything home.

Side note:
to HT, you will have an Adam, maybe not boxed but there were four systems on the shelves, and one of the boxes I brought home has power packs and joysticks. So there is a complete system.

When I go back up this weekend, I will try to do better on the pictures, as I am able, because A lot of stuff has to be packed for transport. So much is loose.

Have to stop rambling, so damn excited. Will get pictures of what I brought home today and post them.
