Copy downloaden software to CP/M disks

Since yesterday i own a Intertec Superbrain link. This is a computer using CP/M as operating system. Unfortunately there was only one disk whit it, wordstar, well.. when i decide to write a letter....

Now i downloaded some games, but how can i copy those onto 5,25" CP/M disks?

There is also no system tools disk, like format or diskcopy.
