Yes and I can see that you are. ANY single donation of $10 or more will work. The system currently cannot combine donations so two donations of $5 would not work.

I can see from your avatar that you are upgraded correctly. Please log out and back in to refresh your browser, this sometimes is the reason.

I'm able to log into the forums but not able to log into the site itself for downloads or to upgrade my account. Any ideas?

There are certain Mega rom sets available for some systems but others are single downloads.
