pokemon white help [SOLVED]

im trying to connect to the wfc settings but i get
please configure your connection settings under the internet option in the system settings
my settings are fine i get internet to my 3ds but idk what it could be

Is your router encrypted? If so DS games themselves can only connect to un-encrypted or WEP encrypted networks. If your router is on anything higher, such as wpa-psk then the game itself CANNOT connect to the internet even though the 3DS can. Basically, if you had to set the internet up on your 3DS in the ADVANCED CONNECTIONS area, then the games cannot connect. Had the same issue with my DSi. >.>

the problem solved it self the router was just messing up but its fixed now thx for the help
