Need a program to create .mpo files (3D Images)

Postby Kherr » Sun Jan 01, 2012 7:16 am

Yea, I found out the 3DS uses the .MPO extension for it's 3D images, I was wondering how you create .MPO files that will work with the 3DS so you can view them in 3D on the 3DS itself. How do you make this work? I can't seem to find a program that can take one image and overlay it twice to create the stereoscopic image that is a .MPO file. If anyone can help me find a working program that isn't a virus I'd love to know.

gamfrkI I think you'll be the one that could help me the most considering you own a 3DS too. :3

Thanks for any help I get in advance. :hi:

1. you need to make a left and right img
if you dont know a vid

2.another vid saying how to make it 3d

file included with the vid
http://www.mediafire.com/?rlat8uhsthprtam

and a virus scan from virus total.com only found 2 things = (ByteHero 1.0.0.1 found a Trojan.Win32.Heur.089 and Rising 23.90.05.01 said its a Suspicious file the rest is clean)

Thanks gamfrkI, but I think the whole making a left and right img thing is a little complex... in other words there's too much effort to get a 3D image working on the 3DS as far as I'm concerned so I think I'll just leave it be. But this information is great for 3DS owners and for those with 3D monitors. I think it deserves a sticky, so re-post this information in a thread about "How to make 3D images for Nintendo 3DS" if you would gamfrkI. I'll sticky it when it's been posted. :3
