MD.emu problems with Nvidia shield

I have an emulator called md.emu for the nvidia shield (android) it plays everything from genesis to 32x including sega cd. I am a sega cd fan and have a small handful of great sega cd games that work great on my emulator. Popful Mail and Vay are 2 favorites and cannot get them working. Is there an issue with the roms or is it my emulator? Anyone lknow how to solve this issue? Popful Mail always hangs after the sonic stardust flicker and Vay freezes during the intro.

Sega CD support is currently considered beta, please do not report game-specific issues with it yet.
CD emulation is loaded via CUE or TOC+BIN files (requires USA/Japan/Europe BIOS)

Well I had researched it more and certain games must have a "perfect Sync" feature turned on. Anyone know about this? MD.emu doesnt seem to have one or atleast I cant find it.
