Help...getting a crazy error msg

When I click on any emulator file it sends me to a page that reads:
Error: The file ßÙHÑý”+õç_ó²w¬Ã^uÎ* does not exist. Please go back and select a file

I am not sure why this is hapening. I will check it asap.

I have check the emulators section and update to the new database code. I was not going to release this code update until I had more fully tested it but in light of the current error I have now released it.
Please let me know via PM of any issues.
