i wanna play the neverhood but i need win 95 to install it is there an emulator for win 95

Hi there is a few ways you could go. But everything needs a Win9x install CD

1: ) Use something like VMware or qemu, I don't really use this option

2: ) Another Idea, is to install Win9x on dosbox, I wrote tutorial here:http://vogons.zetafleet.com/viewtopic.php?t=26973. It's a bit more tricky to use, and not all software run.

3: ) A dedicated old machine, I've got a old P2 200mhz with 98se, and use it mainly to play old games

4: ) A modern machine running LINUX and have Wine installed (thus no Win9x needed)

ill try option 2 as i dont got money for old hardware right now and linux :l not right now

would i need the original win 95 cds or can i just download them and use that

I have written a small how-to setup Windows 98 on Virtual PC 2007 - to get games like Neverhood working (as a small coinsidence i have used Neverhood as an example here). It just works!
