Dreamcast emulator problem?

I am currently trying to download a Dreamcast emulator and it downloads the zip file but then when I go to extract the files to my computer I am getting a no access error. I am a registered free member as of right now. I was wondering if I need to be an unlimited member to be able to grant access. Any help would be appreciated. Upgrading to unlimited is not a problem just wanted to know before hand if this would fix the problem.

you dont need to be unlimited to download emulators
and what emulator are your trying to download

I tried all of the Dreamcast emulators with no luck. Like I said I get as far as downloaded the zip file but when I got to extract the file it says access is denied.

ill dowload them and ill see

edit:

i tested the windows emulators this and this worked

this one wouldnt let me download cuz i was a guest and after i logged in it didnt let me download it and its still saw me as a guest
