so I bought this N64 Flash Cart board... and for those who don't know, it's a board that you basically can put inside of an N64 Cartridge and the board has an SD slot so you can place a memory card into the board full of N64 ROMS and then play directly through your N64 all the ROMS you'd like. COOL! (These are called Flash Carts, they also make them for NES, SNES and others, learn more here:
- Code: Select all

My N64 board has not yet come in.. but I'm wondering something...
Here on the old computer, under the "applications" section of N64 Roms there is an app called "MAME". (See here and scroll down: http://www.theoldcomputer.com/roms/inde ... plications)
Is this what I think it is? In theory, is this app for loading MAME onto an N64? And if that's the case, does this mean I can play MAME games on my N64 via pointing to a directory/folder full of MAME ROMS on my SD card?
If anyone has any experience or knowledge or predictions of what this MAME app for N64 is... would be REALLY appreciated.
Thanks guys!
Kind regards,
