Android micro pc

Hi People, I am new to this forum but not but to the emulation side and software side of things. I have a quick question, I run all my mame stuff through my mac but now i am wanting a all in one box to run my stuff for under my tv. I have been reading up on the Andriod micro pc Rikomagic, i can't seem to find if this would run a full rom set. I had a ouya but it couldn't run the newer 3d games like mortal combat etc etc. Has anybody tried these newer units and what are they like? If they can't run the newer stuff is there a unit i should look at instead?
