Having Problems with the ColecoVision ROMs

I Just downloaded both the ColEm emulator and the ROM set but when trying to load games none of the roms I downloaded are recognized as they are all in .bin while the emulator is looking for .rom files anyone know what I need to do or how to convert from .bin to .rom? Thanks for any help with this.

at the rom selection screen, change the file type view from "Supported types" to "All Files".
