Professional Web Team Wanted

We are looking for professional web designer(s) and coder(s) who would be willing to get involved with the redesign of this website. We are not able to afford to pay for any services as we operate just like a charity. That said, this would make an amazing reference site for any designer or coder wanting to showcase their abilities. We currently have 150,000+ members and are used worldwide.

We also have a new professionally designed logo and colour palette from which to work when creating the site. A full specification can be discussed via PM but for now please refer to the basic list below. The current site is based around php and MySQL and this would be the case with any new designs. We would also like to create the new site within a current common framework and also make it mobile friendly and device adaptive. Could I ask that anyone seriously interested posts below and includes their skill set and any links (inside CODE tags) to previous work.

I hope we can find someone willing to become part of this great site and to make their mark on something as big as this. This is your chance to become part of something historic.

I would love to bug check things, That's if I have time. I am not as experienced in programing in those languages. I know how to find bugs or errors and do bug reports. The example I would have to show my skills in bug and error checking is classified by the US Military. Sorry I wish I can show you the program I error and bug checked with the reports I wrote. The program was on the lines of encryption and a rolling firewall.

BUMP, I still need someone to come forward with a sense of commitment and long term development. Please understand that I am prepared to release quite a lot of control to a person/team that are prepared to make this site everything it has the potential to be.
